Job Description
Dasmen Residential is seeking a full-time Property Manager to oversee day-to-day property operations and enhance the value of the property.
Requirements
- Conduct business in accordance with company policies and procedures
- Assist in formulating budgets and stay within established budget guidelines
- Maintain and report monthly variances and narratives
- Perform evictions and utility cut-offs as required
- Communicate with vendors and contractors
- Hire, train, and supervise on-site staff
- Conduct on-going training with office staff
- Report liability and community incidents
- Maintain records and submit reports to corporate office
