Job Description
We are seeking an Implementation Specialist to support client onboarding and enhancement projects. The Implementation Specialist works closely with Solution Architects and the Client Delivery team to ensure the platform is configured or customized to meet the needs of clients.
Requirements
- Engage with clients to understand their business objectives
- Advise clients on best practices regarding data licensing and compliance
- Connect client business goals and requirements with DataBP platform capabilities
- Design and configure custom client workflows using DataBP’s low-code workflow studio to suit the needs of the client
- Translate business goals into technical requirements for development where required
- Perform user acceptance testing
- Assist in planning and prioritizing configuration and development efforts
