Job Description
Databricks is seeking a Director, Field Engineering in the Middle East & Africa to lead teams focused on complex accounts, driving expansion in various industries like finance, manufacturing, energy, and more. This role requires expertise in sales and coaching, building strong customer relationships, and utilizing customer value to drive returns on investment. The director will build a collaborative, high-growth team and represent Databricks in the region.
Requirements
- 5+ years of second-line leadership experience, manager of managers with teams of 20+ individuals
- Relevant high-growth enterprise software pre-sales success with senior-level tenure
- Proven track record of transformingational success and delivering customer value
- Experience in complex strategic accounts generating +$1M ARR
- Knowledgeable in and passionate about data-driven decisions, AI, and Cloud software models
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent experience
