Job Description
As an Engineering Manager - Backend at Databricks, you will work with your team to build infrastructure and products for the Databricks platform at scale. You will be responsible for building and scaling software engineering teams, managing a team of strong software engineers, and partnering with PM, Sales, and Customers to develop innovative features & products.
Requirements
- 10+ years of extensive experience with large-scale distributed systems
- Extensive experience as a Software Engineering Leader
- BS (or higher) in Computer Science, or a related field
