Engineering Manager - Compute Infra

We are passionate about helping data teams solve the world's toughest problems by building and running the world's best data and AI infrastructure platform. We are looking for an Engineering Manager to lead a team responsible for critical components of this platform.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience building and operating large-scale distributed systems
• 3+ years of engineering management experience leading high-performing teams
• Deep expertise in cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerized environments (Kubernetes)
• Proven ability to collaborate across engineering, product, and business stakeholders
• Experience scaling teams and systems through rapid growth
• BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience
