Job Description
Databricks is seeking a Senior Engineering Manager to lead security within their data platform. This role focuses on building and scaling a high-performing engineering team, defining secure frameworks, and driving adoption of security best practices. The team will protect the platform and customers from evolving threats, and represent Databricks internally.
Requirements
- 9+ years of professional experience in software engineering
- 5+ years of experience leading engineering teams
- Deep understanding of application security and internal access control domains
- BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science or a related technical field
