Senior Software Engineer - Data Platform

Databricks is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to work on data platform infrastructure. As a senior software engineer, you will have the opportunity to work on various aspects of the data platform, including backend, DDS, and full stack development. You will be responsible for delivering reliable and high-performance services and client libraries for storing and accessing large amounts of data on cloud storage backends.

Requirements

• BS (or higher) in Computer Science, or a related field
• 7+ years of production level experience in one of: Python, Java, Scala, C++, or similar language
• Experience developing large-scale distributed systems from scratch
• Experience working on a SaaS platform or with Service-Oriented Architectures
