Job Description
Databricks is seeking a Sr. Staff Software Engineer to join the Data Platform team. The role involves building and maintaining the Data Intelligence Platform, automating decision-making, and providing leadership in the future of tools for managing and running Databricks on large scale. The team collaborates with Product and Data Science teams to deliver a scalable and reliable data infrastructure.
Requirements
- BS/MS/PhD in Computer Science or related majors
- 15+ years of industry experience building and operating large-scale distributed systems
- 6+ years of experience providing technical leadership on planet-scale production data systems
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
