DataCamp is seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager to drive data and AI readiness within enterprise clients. This role focuses on understanding client needs, building success plans, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure data and AI initiatives are successful. The ideal candidate will be data-driven, customer-focused, and passionate about democratizing adoption of data and AI.

Requirements

• Manage customer lifecycle from onboarding to renewal
• Build proactive success plans and goals for customers
• Collaborate with sales and product teams
• Launch and promote learning initiatives
• Capture and promote business value from DataCamp usage
• Work with product and marketing to ensure the voice of the customer is heard
• Demonstrate a 'teach to fish' mentality
• Create and nurture champion relationships
• Experience with Salesforce and risk/growth tracking
