Associate Partner

We are seeking an Associate Partner to lead client engagements, expand relationships, and shape the growth of our practice. This is a delivery leadership and business development role that involves managing complex programs, building trusted client partnerships, and mentoring teams.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in consulting (professional services or systems integration required)
• Proven experience managing large-scale client engagements and delivery execution, ideally in data governance, MDM, or enterprise data programs
• Strong track record of operational execution management — including program governance, financial oversight, and delivery quality assurance
• Demonstrated ability to engage C-level executives and build trusted client relationships
• Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
• Strong organizational and detail orientation; able to manage competing priorities across multiple clients
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to balance strategic vision and hands-on delivery leadership
