Contract - ServiceNow Technical Consultant

Datacom is seeking a ServiceNow Technical Consultant to design, build, and deliver high-quality ServiceNow solutions across multiple workflows and modules. The role involves working closely with customers to understand their business challenges and architect fit-for-purpose ServiceNow solutions. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in systems design, integration, or technology consulting, and hands-on ServiceNow delivery experience.

Requirements

• 3+ years' experience in systems design, integration, or technology consulting
• Hands-on ServiceNow delivery experience
• Demonstrated capability in one or more ServiceNow modules or technical disciplines
• Strong analytical and consultative skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Technical specification writing and documentation skills
• Ability to work collaboratively and build productive customer relationships
• Business awareness
• Knowledge of industry standards and government regulations in data communications/networking
• Familiarity with modern DevOps tools and automation practices
