Job Description
Datacom is seeking a ServiceNow Technical Consultant - Contractor to design, build, and deliver high-quality ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, CSM, HRSD, CMDB, Workflow Automation, and broader platform capabilities. The role involves working closely with customers to understand their business challenges and architect fit-for-purpose ServiceNow solutions.
Requirements
- 3+ years' experience in systems design, integration, or technology consulting
- Hands-on ServiceNow delivery experience
- Demonstrated capability in one or more ServiceNow modules or technical disciplines
- Strong analytical and consultative skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Technical specification writing and documentation skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and build productive customer relationships
