Senior Citrix Engineer

We are seeking a Senior Systems Citrix Engineer to join our specialist support and projects ANZ team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the support of Citrix environments, requirements gathering, and working on Citrix and NetScaler projects for our customers.

Requirements

• At least 5 years' experience as a Senior System Engineer with expertise in Citrix and NetScaler technologies
• Experience and background supporting Windows Server, infrastructure applications, and cloud technologies
• Citrix DaaS/Virtual Apps and Desktops design, configuration, and administration
• Citrix Netscaler design, configuration, and administration
• User profile and environment management via UPM, WEM, FSLogix
• Windows Server Systems Administration, including Active Directory, Group Policy, and Patch Management
• Knowledge with Microsoft Server technology products
• Managing workloads and resources within public cloud environments (Azure and AWS)
• Managing virtual environments utilising infrastructure such as VMware vSphere, Microsoft Hyper-V, and Nutanix AHV
• Sound knowledge of backup and disaster recovery methodologies using tools such as Veeam, NetBackup and CommVault.
• Troubleshooting and problem-solving experience, alongside understanding of public cloud platforms and agile operations
