As a Senior Endpoint Engineering Specialist, you'll work closely with customers to transform their businesses in line with cloud-first productivity and collaboration solutions.
Requirements
- 5+ years of related experience in endpoint engineering and SOE management
- Knowledge of hardware and software vendor support processes, including product lifecycles
- Advanced end-user management skills alongside modern and traditional SOE methodologies
- Intermediate project management principles and Office 365 skills
- AWS Workspaces exposure
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills
- Proven ability to build customer relationships and deliver solutions in line with organisational goals
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Technology, or related discipline
- ITIL v3 Foundation Certification
