Dataconomy is looking for an Operations Assistant to assist the Managing Director and Operation Manager in day-to-day tasks, including HR and office management, and finance/accounting.
Requirements
- Native German speaker and fluency in written and spoken English
- Education in Business, HR or related field, or equivalent experience
- Team player and willing to learn new skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Great analytical and problem solving skills
- Attention to details
- Ability to learn quickly and educate yourself on current work related topics
- Adaptability in a fast-paced environment
- Completed training as a specialist in office communication, administrative or equivalent skills and abilities (plus)
- Proven thorough knowledge of German Labour Law and Social Security Law
- Very good knowledge and experience in Google Suite applications (docs, sheets, slides, calendar)
