Datacor is seeking a dynamic Campaign Manager to lead and execute demand generation campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and lead for our Engineering Software Group. The role requires an analytical mindset and a passion for data-driven marketing to optimize the entire buyer’s journey.
Requirements
- 5+ years in demand generation, digital marketing, or campaign management
- Proven track record of executing multi-channel campaigns that generate leads and contribute to revenue growth
- Results-driven with a growth mindset and a strong focus on continuous learning and improvement
- Curiosity and willingness to experiment with new tools and approaches to improve campaign performance
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, measure success, and make recommendations for optimization
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a focus on storytelling and translating complex topics into clear, compelling messages
- Ability to tailor campaign experiences for diverse enterprise personas, including technical users, economic buyers, and executive stakeholders
- General understanding of marketing automation and CRM tools, such as Marketo, HubSpot, Pardot, and Salesforce
- Experience with Google Analytics, digital advertising platforms, and social media management tools
- Familiarity with leveraging AI-powered marketing and sales tools to improve efficiency and effectiveness across the GTM motion (e.g. Clay, Qualified, ChatGPT)
