Director, Engineering Operations

The Director, Engineering Operations will lead the Engineering Operations function, setting the vision for how Engineering operates at scale, and building a strong operational foundation to support delivery at scale. This role has a broad impact across Engineering, partnering closely with senior leaders across the organization.

Requirements

• Strong operational savvy with experience supporting large, complex, and rapidly scaling technical organizations.
• Excellent communication skills with high standards for quality and polish.
• Data-oriented with ability to seek out relevant data and define meaningful ways to measure outcomes and impact.
• Technically fluent with a strong interest in emerging technologies such as AI and automation.
• Ability to set direction in ambiguous environments and build new operational capabilities from the ground up.
• Trusted thought partner to senior technical leaders with sound judgment and pragmatic problem-solving skills.
