Director of Engineering to lead a team of senior Engineering professionals to deliver impactful results. Lead teams developing SaaS HRTech products, collaborate with cross-functional partners, and drive the full talent lifecycle for your org.
Requirements
- 15+ years of Engineering experience
- Experience leading teams in the development of enterprise-class SaaS products
- Experience with hiring and talent development via formal and informal mentoring and training
- Experience with the development and utilization of a product-line architecture
- Expertise with modern patterns and approaches to software development
- Experience applying the appropriate Agile and Lean principles pragmatically
- Experience with legacy modernization patterns and practices
- Comfortable creating the minimally sufficient amount of documentation, including diagramming when appropriate
- An aversion to over-architecting and unnecessary complexity
- Capable of working with a variety of stakeholders, multiple teams (on-shore and off-shore), and leading by influence
