Job Description
Software Engineering Director leads a team of Software and SCADA Engineers, ensuring project technical aspects align with BroadView and ENGIE standards. Collaborates cross-functionally to integrate long-term goals and priorities into project execution.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil or Electrical Engineering (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 10 years of experience in energy-related engineering activities
- Professional Engineer (P.E.) license (highly valued)
- Experience in engineering management within energy-related activities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Knowledgeable in analyzing and graphically displaying business, engineering, process, and operational data
