Job Description
The Manager I, Engineering - Alerting Platform role at Datadog involves leading the team that owns the product experience of defining and managing monitors, creating alerts, and ensuring accuracy and timeliness of the end to end alerting data across the platform. This engineering manager will drive technical direction in architecture decision making and ensure reliability is a priority.
Requirements
- Define and prioritize goals in long term roadmaps with engineering and product leadership
- Manage and grow team of varying experience levels
- Partner extensively across engineering and product teams
- Lead by example in handling incidents and on-call responsibilities
