Datadog is seeking a Marketing Operations Manager to join our growing global Campaign Operations team, reporting to the Director of Campaign Operations. This role offers significant autonomy and impact, along with close support from our global team and cross-functional collaborators.
Requirements
- 5–7 years of experience in marketing operations, preferably in a B2B technology environment
- Hands-on expertise with marketing automation and CRM platforms; Marketo and Salesforce experience strongly preferred
- Familiarity with email development, HTML, and CSS
- Strong analytical skills with experience using reporting tools; knowledge of Tableau and SQL is a plus
- Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to collaborate across stakeholders and manage competing priorities
- Language proficiency in Portuguese and Spanish preferred
