Datadog is seeking a People Business Partner to support the growth of their global organization. The role involves advising, coaching, and influencing management on people-related matters, as well as building and advising on People policies and programs. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in HRBP or a related role, with experience in fast-growing technology companies.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in HRBP or a related HR role, preferably in fast-growing technology companies
- Strong analytical and reporting skills, with experience in HRIS (Workday is a bonus)
- Experience in working across business functions with first line and senior leadership
- Proven ability to design clear processes and a detail-oriented approach to problem solving
