Job Description
DataDome is seeking a Manager, People Partnering to serve as an advisor and coach to business leaders and managers, ensuring alignment between business objectives and people strategies. This role will focus on organizational development, change management, and fostering a caring and high-performing culture through initiatives like performance management, employee experience, and attraction/retention strategies. The manager will work closely with the French and US teams and report to the VP People.
Requirements
- 5+ years in People Partnering or HR Business Partner roles
- 2+ years managing teams
- Experience in a SaaS environment
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
- Fluent in English and French
