Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of contact center or 2 years customer service experience required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong skills in comprehension and understanding of English grammar and writing.
- Strong listening skills and the ability to empathize with customers
- Good computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems or customer support software
- Attention to Detail
- Able to multitask and navigate between multiple software applications
- Ability to type a minimum of 40 WPM
- Capability to manage stressful circumstances with an optimistic attitude and to deescalate situations.
- Team player who enjoys working in a friendly environment
