Human Resources Manager

The Human Resources Manager at Datamark, Inc. is responsible for overseeing all facets of the human resource function at our Mumbai site, developing and implementing HR policies and initiatives that align with the company's strategic goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 8 years of experience in the HR Field, preferably in a BPO (call center) environment; multi-site experience a plus
• At least 5 years of experience in an HR Management position
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment law, and labor relations.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills to effectively manage the HR team and support employees at all levels.
• SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred.
