Job Description
We are seeking a hands-on, customer-facing Field Services Engineer to support the deployment and growth of a large US Air Force system. This is an on-site role in San Antonio, TX.
Requirements
- Hands-on Linux administration experience
- Strong troubleshooting and research ability in complex environments, knowledge of computer networking, routing, and connectivity workflows
- Experience with Docker and/or Kubernetes deployment
- Experience working with mission-aligned operators or cyber organizations
- Ability to teach, onboard, and guide users of varying technical experience
- Experience with cyber hunt teams, IR teams, or network defense operations
- Familiarity with secure enclave operations (NIPR/JWICS/SIPR or equivalent)
- Exposure to automation or scripting for configuration scaling
- Experience authoring SOPs or structured training documentation
