Job Description
We are looking for a proactive Project Manager with Business Analyst skills who can bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions while ensuring smooth project execution.
Requirements
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
- Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications for the development team.
- Create user stories, workflows, and process diagrams to support requirements.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and status reports.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (designers, developers, QA, and business stakeholders).
- Track project progress, manage risks, and resolve issues proactively.
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines.
- Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams to ensure alignment.
