As a System Engineer at DataPatrol, you will play a pivotal role in our PreSales, PostSales, and support efforts, working closely with sales and technical teams to understand client requirements, design DataPatrol solutions, and provide ongoing support to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify customer needs and technical requirements.
- Develop and present technical solutions and product demonstrations to potential clients and partners.
- Assist in creating detailed proposals, technical documentation, and BoQ's.
- Serve as a technical advisor during client meetings and presentations.
- Lead the implementation of DataPatrol solution, including system setup, configuration, and integration.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that may arise during implementation.
- Conduct training sessions for clients to ensure effective use of our solutions.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for technical support inquiries from clients.
- Provide timely and effective resolution of technical issues and escalations.
- Collaborate with the support team to diagnose and troubleshoot complex problems.
- Maintain accurate records of support interactions and solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest cybersecurity trends, threats, and technologies.
