🔮 GenAI / Data Strategy Consultant

Dataroots is seeking a GenAI/ Data Strategy Consultant to help organizations adopt Generative AI. The role involves developing Gen AI strategies, educating clients on AI's transformative potential, and advising on the latest LLM developments.

• Strong understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) (e.g., GPT, Claude, Gemini, Llama) and their strengths, limitations and practical applications
• Knowledge of vector databases, embeddings and memory architectures for AI-powered search and retrieval
• Knowledge of topics like prompt engineering, fine-tuning and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG)
• Hands-on experience with SQL and/or Python
• Understanding of data governance and its impact on Gen AI efficiency
• Ability to translate technical AI concepts into business value
• Experience with AI strategy development, roadmap planning and stakeholder communication
• Familiarity with AI adoption frameworks and change management strategies
• Experience designing and delivering AI training programs, workshops and learning materials for consultants and business leaders
