The Business Enablement Salesforce Administrator â EMEA/APAC Support plays a critical role in maintaining and enhancing our global Salesforce environment, supporting users across all regions and contributing to the evolution of Datasite's Salesforce solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a business or technical discipline
- Salesforce Administrator Certification required
- 2â5 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce systems
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and adapt to changing requirements
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to work effectively with diverse global teams
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
- A passion for learning, continuous improvement, and delivering exceptional user support
