We're seeking a Salesforce Administrator to maintain and enhance our global Salesforce environment. As part of a collaborative team, you'll support users across all regions, ensure platform stability, and contribute to the evolution of Datasite's Salesforce solutions.
Requirements
- Manage and prioritize requests in internal support queues
- Conduct initial triage and troubleshooting for bugs, data inconsistencies, or reported user issues
- Provide clear communication and high-quality service to internal customers across global teams
- Manage Salesforce access, permissions, roles, and security configurations
- Perform routine audits to maintain system integrity and ensure accurate data governance
- Execute data imports, exports, and mass updates
- Build and maintain scalable reports and dashboards
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes and enhance system usability
- Collaborate with technical teams to design and implement improved operational solutions
- Support new feature rollouts and conduct user acceptance testing
