Job Description
We are looking for a skilled and passionate Engineering Manager to join our Platform Team in the Amsterdam office to drive technical innovation at scale and shape a team at the forefront of transforming audit and finance.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of leading and managing engineering teams
- Minimum 5 years as a software engineer with a passion for building reliable, secure, and scalable systems
- Track record of leading engineering teams that build with AI day-to-day
- Empowerment style of management
- Strong product aptitude
- Strategic thinker
- Background that combines several of: API platforms, third-party integrations, SLA ownership, developer tools, or platform/infrastructure engineering
- Entrepreneurial mindset
