The position is responsible for supporting the HR team and employees in Switzerland, mainly in administrative processes. This ensures that HR processes are effective and uniform throughout the company.
Your tasks include:
- Supporting and processing all personnel-related tasks for employees and managers
- Supporting the HR department in payroll processing (salaries, meal vouchers, leasing)
- Maintaining employee files according to internal guidelines and legal requirements
- Organizing training (booking rooms, sending reminders to participants, attendance lists, collecting required documents and preparing the financing process, etc.)
- Supporting the hiring process (contract processing, contract signing, onboarding new employees, etc.)
- Supporting the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
- Ensuring that HR processes and methods are correctly communicated, known and applied
- Performing other administrative tasks (sickness, maternity and parental leave, annual leave, etc.)
