Datavant is a data platform company that is seeking a Health Information Specialist II to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for receiving and processing patient health information, maintaining confidentiality and security, and adhering to medical privacy regulations. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 1-year health information related experience, and basic computer proficiency.
