Job Description
We are seeking a Health Information Specialist I to process release of information (ROI) requests in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring accuracy and providing customers with the highest quality product and customer service. As an entry-level position, you will be responsible for handling patient walk-ins, release of information requests, and working in a high-volume environment.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Basic computer proficiency
- Professional verbal and written communication skills in the English language
- Detail and quality oriented as it relates to accurate and compliant information for medical records
- Strong data entry skills
