Health Information Specialist I

We are seeking a Health Information Specialist I to process release of information (ROI), manage patient health records, and ensure compliance with HIPAA standards. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED, basic computer proficiency, and excellent communication skills.

• Process all release of information (ROI) in a timely and efficient manner
• Manage patient health records
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA standards
• Maintain confidentiality and security with all privileged information
• Maintain working knowledge of Company and facility software
