As an entry-level position, you will process all release of information (ROI) and medical record requests in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring accuracy and providing customers with the highest quality product and customer service.
Requirements
- Strong customer service and clerical skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel
- Comfortable working in a high-volume production environment
- Medical office experience preferred
- Willingness to learn and grow within Datavant
