This position is responsible for processing all release of information (ROI) specifically medical record requests, in a timely and efficient manner ensuring accuracy and providing customers with the highest quality product and customer service.

Requirements

• Strong customer service and clerical skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel
• Comfortable working in a high-volume production environment
• Medical office experience preferred
• Willingness to learn and grow within Datavant
