Requirements

• Self-motivated
• Ability to work within a specific schedule
• Ability to multi task
• Ability to work overnight and early morning hours with little or no supervision
• Follow and complete a daily par sheet
• Produce quality baked goods following strict Dunkin Donuts guidelines
• Maintain company safety and cleanliness standards
• Maintain strict health department and company food safety standards through proper food handling and cleanliness requirements
• Bend, kneel, lift up to 50 pounds, stand for long periods of time, and work at a fast pace for eight hours or more at a time
• Take direction and adjust to changing par levels
• Basic reading and math skills
• Good communication skills
• Ability to interact with the public in a friendly, upbeat and outgoing manner
• Ability to use and learn to use a wide array of baking and kitchen equipment and tools
