Job Description
Davenergy Solutions is seeking a Construction Administrator (CM-CA) to support Electronic Health Record Modernization (EHRM) infrastructure upgrades at the Dallas Veterans Affairs Medical Center. The ideal candidate will have experience in construction administration, quality assurance, and project management, as well as proficiency in software programs and construction practices.
Requirements
- Quickly understand and master local, state, and federal jurisdictions and requirements
- Possess communication, language, and software skills with computer literacy
- Have working knowledge of construction practices and ability to implement project plans
- Familiarity with site operations of a General Contractor and Subcontractors
- Working experience monitoring construction activities for Quality Assurance (QA)
- Experience preparing, analyzing, and identifying incongruities and deficiencies in the Contractor’s work
