Job Description
Davenergy Solutions is seeking a Construction Administrator (CM-CA) for the Southeast Louisiana Veterans Health Care System in New Orleans, LA. The CM-CA will support Electronic Heath Record Modernization (EHRM) infrastructure upgrades and have experience in construction practices, software skills, and project management.
Requirements
- Ability to quickly understand and master local state and federal jurisdictions
- Communication, language, and software skills
- Working knowledge of construction practices
- Familiarity with site operations of a General Contractor and Sub-Contractor
- Experience in monitoring construction for Quality Assurance (QA)
- Experience in preparing, analyzing, and identifying incongruities and deficiencies in the Contractor's work relationship with the construction documents
