Job Description
Davenergy Solutions is seeking a full-time Project Manager to lead construction projects at the Salt Lake City VA Medical Center. The successful candidate will manage all phases of assigned projects, coordinate with design teams and contractors, and provide expert-level project management consultation.
Requirements
- Manage all phases of assigned construction projects
- Coordinate with design teams, contractors, subcontractors, and clients
- Provide expert-level project and/or construction management consultation
- Support Government inspection and quality assurance teams
- Track project schedules; identify delays and implement corrective actions
- Review and manage submittals, RFIs, and change orders
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports and inspection records
- Use construction management software for scheduling, tracking, reporting, and documentation
