Job Description
Serves as the front desk and host for Dave & Buster's, responsible for creating a positive and welcoming experience for guests through excellent communication, efficient service, and a focus on guest satisfaction. Coordinates game rentals, merchandise sales, and telephone operations, while maintaining a clean and organized front desk area. Works in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and responsibilities with a smile.
