Job Description
Dave & Buster's is a fast-paced environment where employees can accommodate flexible schedules. The front desk/host position ensures Guests' initial impressions with Dave & Buster's are positive and welcoming, requiring strong communication skills. Employees enjoy a benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, 401K, and free games.
Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years of age.
- Must be able to communicate effectively with multiple Guests while generating enthusiasm for D&B.
- Must be able to articulate clear greetings, requests for assistance, and farewells to Guests.
- Must be skilled at calmly responding to dis-satisfied Guests and calling issues to Manager's attention.
- Restaurant, retail, or cashier experience preferred, but not required.
- Must demonstrate ability to read and communicate in English.
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 30 pounds.
- Must be able to walk or stand 100% of shift.
