Front Desk/Host

Dave & Buster's is looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Front Desk/Host to provide an unparalleled Guest experience. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Be at least 16 years of age
• Have restaurant, retail, or cashier experience (preferred but not required)
• Be able to communicate effectively with multiple Guests
• Be able to articulate clear greetings, requests for assistance, and farewells to Guests
• Be skilled at calmly responding to dis-satisfied Guests
