Job Description
Job Description: Greeter. Assists Guests with utilizing self-serve kiosks, greets and directs Guests, and maintains a clean and organized lobby area. Provides a welcoming experience and excellent customer service. Must be able to communicate effectively with Guests and Team Members. Dressed in proper dress code requirements.
Requirements
- Work days, nights and/or weekends as required.
- Work in noisy, fast paced environment with distracting conditions.
- Read and write handwritten notes.
- Lift and carry up to 30 pounds.
- Move about facility and stand for long periods of time.
- Walk or stand 100% of shift.
- Reach, bend and stoop frequently.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must be able to read and communicate in English.
