Job Description
Dave & Buster's is a unique and fast-paced environment where employees can work flexible schedules and have the opportunity to provide a positive and welcoming experience for guests. The front desk and host position is responsible for greeting guests, coordinating game rentals and merchandise sales, and ensuring a seamless experience for guests. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who is able to work well under pressure and provide excellent customer service.
Requirements
- Ability to communicate effectively with multiple guests
- Friendly and able to smile frequently
- Restaurant, retail, or cashier experience preferred
- Ability to read and communicate in English
- Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with distracting conditions
