Key Hourly

Key Hourly position at Dave & Buster's, responsible for helping Restaurant Managers run shifts, providing great service, and driving results through the team. Varying hours, dependent on career experience.

Requirements

• Love working in a fast-paced, multi-faceted Restaurant/Entertainment scene
• Communicate with Employees and Guests in a way that inspires FUN!
• Handle 100K days and walking five miles a shift
• Embody the Dave & Buster's culture
• Celebrate team successes, train on service standards, and develop strengths
• Lead from the front and set the FUN (PACE & TONE) for the shift
• Make executive decisions and identify fixes for Guests in need
• Work in a noisy, fast-paced environment with distracting conditions
• Stand for long periods of time and lift up to 30 pounds
• Have regular and predictable attendance
• Be at least 21 years of age
