The Kitchen Manager is the leader of the kitchen, responsible for maintaining a safe and sanitary environment, managing food costs, and creating a memorable guest experience. As the head coach of a talented group of BOH employees, the Kitchen Manager is responsible for hiring, training, developing, and retaining the best team possible.

Requirements

• 21+ years of age
• 3+ years of Restaurant/Hospitality experience
• Proficient in managing the cost of goods sold and labor
• Ability to lead a team to create a memorable guest experience
• Proven experience in kitchen management
• Strong business acumen
• The ability to work weekends, nights, and holidays
• Not afraid to work in a fast-paced, noisy environment with distracting conditions
