Requirements

• Provide fast, friendly service to Guests
• Be attentive to Guests' needs
• Deliver an unparalleled Guest experience
• Maintain responsibility for personal bank and ensure all financial transactions are accurate
• Follow company's sanitation procedures
• Assess Guest demeanor and identify when behavior should be called to the attention of a Manager
• Greet newly seated Guests in a friendly and timely manner
• Accurately take Guests' food and drink orders
• Maintain a thorough understanding of all menu items and answer questions regarding food and drink items and their preparation
• Work quickly and efficiently adhering to 'Full hands in, Full hands out' philosophy
